CHILDREN ENTERTAINMENT CENTERS: LET’S ALLOW US TO OPEN WITH RESTRICTIONS

Today, the Association of Children’s Entertainment Centers holds a rally in front of the Ministry of Health. As the head of the association, Giorgi Mtiulishvili, told BM.ge, the government does not allow children’s entertainment centers to resume operation.

Giorgi Kharebashvili, the founder of Candy Land, says that if the government allows the opening of children’s entertainment centers, they will follow the regulations.

According to Giorgi Kharebashvili, his center was not included in the government subsidy programs, so one company was already closed due to financial problems. He notes that the other one is facing a similar threat.

“We protest that we are the only sector that has no right to function. They must meet us and agree on something. We want to be able to work. Our activity is different, if you tell a child to wash the hands 5 times, he will listen and wash,” said Giorgi Kharebashvili.

According to him, no one from the Ministry of Health has communicated with the centers and hopes that at least someone will contact them after the protest.

“Let’s allow us to open with restrictions,” said the founder of Candy Land.
